Biography
Dr. Shawn Bulloch is an award-winning filmmaker, educator, author, and technology innovator with more than two decades of experience in higher education and the film and television industry. He serves as a film professor in the Atlanta area, where he teaches filmmaking, digital media, virtual production, artificial intelligence, and emerging media technologies while preparing students for careers in the creative industries.
Dr. Bulloch holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Savannah State University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Clark Atlanta University, a Master of Fine Arts in Film and Television from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Fielding Graduate University. He is also a proud veteran of both the United States Army and the United States Air Force, where he served in satellite communications.
