Dr. Melva Robertson, an Assistant Professor of Management at Clayton State University's College of Business, possesses extensive academic expertise in Leadership Development, Communications, Branding, and Organizational Behavior. She is also an ICF ACC Coach and Gallup Strength Coach. Prior to Clayton State, she excelled as an award-winning senior communications and public relations leader, renowned for her visionary strategic plans that garnered widespread media coverage for universities and organizations. Today, Dr. Robertson leverages her wealth of experience to offer expertise in leadership development, coaching, crisis management, strategic planning, and branding for individuals, teams, and organizations. She is also an author and researcher in branding and leadership, frequently serving as a subject matter expert in the media on contemporary leadership and organizational challenges, including addressing the Great Resignation, enhancing employee engagement, and navigating organizational behavior. Dr. Robertson holds a doctorate in Strategic Leadership, a master's in Professional Writing, and a bachelor's in Mass Communications, adding to her value in academia and leadership.
