Biography

Melanie Poudevigne is a recognized scientist and author in exercise sciences, as the ACSM topical worldwide topical representative in neuroscience and exercise and sport psychology. With her influential management inspired by her practice as a certified mental performance consultant, AASP trainer and mindfulness instructor, she studies how we can improve our quality of life meaning with exercise, and live happier lifestyles.
