Biography

Dr. Mario V. Norman is a seasoned academic and Professor of Marketing at Clayton State University, where he has been educating and mentoring students for over two decades. With a rich interdisciplinary background, Dr. Norman teaches both graduate and undergraduate courses in both marketing and management, with a particular emphasis on organizational behavior, marketing, leadership, and inclusion.
Through his academic leadership, research, and community engagement, Dr. Norman continues to advocate for inclusive excellence and student empowerment. His work not only enriches the academic experience at CSU but also equips students and professionals with the tools to lead with empathy, integrity, and innovation in an increasingly diverse global marketplace.
