Biography

Jelinda Spotorno is a Senior Lecturer in Mathematics at Clayton State University. She received her master’s degree in mathematics from Mississippi State University in 1996. Professor Spotorno has taught undergraduate courses in mathematical modeling, college algebra, trigonometry, finite mathematics, mathematics for elementary teachers, and calculus. Her academic interests include mathematical modeling and innovative methods in teaching mathematics. She is also committed to supporting student success through mentoring and curriculum development.
