Judiffier Pearson has woven her creative, entrepreneurial, and academic expertise into a career with a rich tapestry. Over the course of 20 years, she has built successful businesses in an array of industries, including beauty, management consulting, publishing, film & entertainment, and multimedia training. A rare fusion of right-brain creative and left-brain business strategist, she has evolved into a highly sought after speaker, facilitator, consultant, and educator. Pearson is a full-time Lecturer of Management at Clayton State University’s College of Business, teaching courses in Film & Entertainment Management, Entrepreneurship, Principals of Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, and Managerial Communications. Pearson previously worked as a Film & Entertainment Business Consultant for the University of Georgia SBDC. There, she served as the key strategist for companies in film, television, music, and digital media markets, helping them to develop growth strategies, secure financing, and expand their brands. She also developed several education programs to help Georgia small businesses become camera-ready vendors, optimizing the state film tax credit.
