Biography

Dr. Meddaugh is a Professor of Political Science & Chair of the Department of Social Sciences at Clayton State University. He is a graduate of the University System of Georgia's Executive Leadership Institute. Dr. Meddaugh is renowned for his expertise in program/curriculum development and has a proven track record of successfully implementing changes that align programs with regional/national standards while embracing contemporary concepts. He has presented his research on Constitutional Law, American Politics, and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning at numerous conferences. Additionally, Dr. Meddaugh has delivered presentations on innovative teaching methods and Supreme Court data analysis. Beyond his academic pursuits, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son, as well as following his beloved Buffalo Bills.
