Biography

Dr. Elnora Farmer is a Senior Lecturer and Program Coordinator for the Bachelor of Applied Science program at Clayton State University. She brings over 20 years of teaching experience and began her career in finance and banking, with experience across multiple areas, including financial analysis and commercial banking. Dr. Farmer holds an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership and Practice from the University of North Georgia, an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University, and a BS in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Miami University. She is actively engaged in professional service, including the Georgia Association of Women in Higher Education, and serves on departmental, college-level, and university committees. Her research interests include leadership and workforce development, financial and economic literacy, and high-impact teaching practices, and she is committed to student development and success.
