Dr. Elicia Collins earned, a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in nursing from Georgia Baptist College of Nursing of Mercer University, a Master’s Degree in Nursing Education from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a PhD in nursing from the Lewis College of Nursing and Health Professions at Georgia State University. She is a registered nurse with medical, surgical, public health and education experience. Presently, she is employed as an Assistant Professor at Clayton State University in the School of Nursing. Her research interests include physical inactivity in African American women, obesity, and prostate cancer in men.
