Biography

Dr. Blair is a Fulbright Scholar that spent 2019/2020 studying nuclear waste management in Finland. His research consists of pieces on public policy narratives, public-private partnerships, energy policy, and online education. Dr. Blair likes to spend his time outside of the classroom and office with his wife and family watching the University of Alabama win another championship, preparing for the next biking and hiking adventure, and helping to make recreational activities accessible to all regardless of abilities.
