Md Rokonuzzaman, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management at College of Business, Clayton State University, USA. He received his PhD in Marketing from University of North Texas, USA. His research interest areas are retail services, service failure & recovery, service innovation, technology and value co-creation. His publications appear in the Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Brand Management, and Marketing Intelligence & Planning among others.
